The Pioneer Woman Museum preserves the legacy of women from all races, creeds and nationalities who have made significant contributions to the history of Oklahoma. Year-round programs, event and exhibits showcase the outstanding "pioneering" contributions these influential women have made to the great state of Oklahoma.
The Pioneer Woman Museum is part of the Oklahoma Historical Society, but is only provided with minimal funding through the organization. The Pioneer Woman Museum is responsible for almost 100% of the operating and maintenance costs, including, but not limited to, the building utilities and the maintenance of fourteen acres included in the museum’s property. The Pioneer Woman Statue is an icon of the Ponca City community and people from all over the world come to see her. It is our privilege and responsibility to care for her and ensure she remains a part of Ponca City, Oklahoma for generations to come. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help preserve this national historic landmark. |
Prairie to Palate is an outdoor, farm-to-table dining experience featuring a menu crafted by Chef Jeff Denton of TS Fork. Support this fundraiser to enrich the museum’s expanding efforts to provide educational programs and exhibits to the citizens of Ponca City and the surrounding region.
